Subject: Yellow cab.........


Both of my sons have made comments over the years about my habit of "yellowing" the cab. Well, both have had their chance. Oldest found out last Fall in corn that stopping the combine kind of quick leads to a waterfall of grain. Youngest tried to push to the end of the field this year in wheat. Both on level ground. I ask them how they would like the hills I have to run when they are not around. Both have a different view of the problem now.

Oh, we did "on the go" unload with the oldest and did every bad trick we could think of............drive to fast, drive to slow, drive fast and slow, too near the combine, too far away from the combine, not come to the combine, park with the auger out, you name it, we did it to him. He has been a much better cart guy since. Seems to have a better understanding of what to do and why to do it. (:
