Subject: Re: Summers Supercoulters likes and dislikes?

SE MN
I will be in corn stalks in the fall and bean stubble in the spring. I haven't decided if I'm gonna use it on corn stalks in the spring yet and I know for sure I'm not getting a harrow. I'll probably end up with a stalk chopper roller. My other big concern is compaction. In the past we have unloaded on the go so there is a lot of weight being drug around our fields with an 8120 and 774 Brent cart. We have been deep ripping in the past and I'm looking at the summers so I can cover more ground in less time and I like the idea of this tool, but I'm concerned about a hard pan down the road. I'm located in southeast MN
