| I've got a bunch of contract diesel fuel that I have to take delivery on before Sept 1 or I lose the cheap price. Local coop is selling NH3 tanks taken out of service (1000 gal) for $350. Tanks look pretty good. Am I going to have trouble doing this? I've seen a few others try it and heard no complaints, but I have to wonder what the inside of the tank looks like after anhydrous has been in it.
Also, what about venting? Obviously it has to let air in as fuel is removed, but can it be a one way vent or does air have to go both ways to allow for expansion of the fuel in warm weather. Thanks for any info. | |
