Agree. I've found that Autoswath works much better if I delete all old boundaries before creating a new one. I've had the same issue where inner boundaries were created and Auto swath didn't work the way I wanted. Under the boundary tab choose the view boundary menu and then hit erase or delete ..can't remember exactly what the command is.
