Eastern Montana | Its the actual back of the monitor what has a plastic piece molded with one end of the "ball ram" in it. The Monitor looks like its a front and back just screwed together. Had the ballram piece break the first year so i had to make my own new bracket but this time its the plastic on the monitor that gave way this time. There are 4 little screw holes on the back that i can maybe make another new bracket and not use the ballram if im not able to locate a new back piece. The dealer has contacted his regional parts/gps guy and sounds like everyone is drawing a blank. Am i looking under the wrong name for this monitor, i think its just a virtual terminal or does it have another name or number? | |
