Here's the accuboom installation manual, Chapter 1, first yellow warning triangle: Important! All boom switches must remain in the OFF position while AccuBoom control is in operation!

I would like to operate the system like you describe, with all boom sections in the on position and then shutting the switches off would turn the section off, regardless off the accuboom, but I don't think it works that way. Let me know what I'm missing?
