MN | What model tractor are you on and where did you plug the implement switch into? Is it a field installed greenstar harness or factory installed? If you are plugged into the two pin connector on the tractor harness there is a chance that there is a white wire 209 going to the tach that was used with the old performance monitor displays and if that is the case you need to cut that wire going to the tach on the cornerpost for the implement switch to work. lots of variables here need more information.
