Subject: Strenght of square tube vs. round pipe

I wanting to build a better cattle working facility and was wondering which has more strength and less likely to be pushed out by cattle pressure... round pipe or square tube... and at what thickness of their wall are they equal in strength? (Working with 1 - 1.5" sq. tube) I may have these custom bent for a 12' tub and wonder about making gates with one vs. the other. I realize square tube is probably more expensive, but coping round pipe looks to be a hassle compared to using the band saw for straight cuts on the square??? Maybe you know of a chart to assist with this data.

Thanks
