If it is something like a disc blade/bearing set or some quanity of wear parts I get a quote from them and often they do discount compared to buying one at a time. I consider the quality and price compared to what I can get elsewhere and make a decisionbased on value (not necessisarily the cheapest). I don't jew with them. If they want my businesws they better give me their best price the first time around.

Once they learn you will not play their game, you start getting better quotes the first time around.
