If they screw up they eat it - but we have to be very careful about how we tell them what we need - or it is our fault. Employee once told them we need a flasher switch for a 5500. They brought picture up on screen and employee pointed to a switch and said it's that one. When it came in it was a turn signal switch - our fault - we pointed at the wrong one - 50% restock fee - so we just kept the switch in case we ever needed it. Just glad it wasn't something that cost a thousand dollars. We order a lot of parts from a different dealer now also.
