Do what I do: I have my own parts books for all equipment. Write your part #'s you need on a list and fax it to the dealer. Then you and them have identical hard copy lists, shouldn't be a mistake otherwise it's obvious who did it.
Only way to do when you are like me, all the local dealers shut down in the past couple of years and nearest now is nearly 300 miles.
