Boyd, WI | I've had good luck sidedressing with coulter and injector. Pick a warm dry day if you're worried about slicing through the stalks. Another option, not the best in my opinion, is if anyone uses drop nozzles to stream 28 on later. That has been done around me with mixed results. Best imo, is to put on a little with sprayer in spring. This will also help break down the residue. Come back with the bulk of your N needs via applicator. | |
