Subject: Fields getting green-cutworm worries

Macon, IL
Had some traps about an hour south of us -went from 4 moths last week to 37 this week. My corn ground is getting a little green-mostly patches. Going to be at least another week before I plant.

80% triple stack with Poncho this year so only insecticide going down is on refuge acres. I am a little concerned about cutworms.

I don't want to spray ahead of the planter as have had problems with rowcleaners moving pre-emerge from row.

Do you think there would be any value in going out a day or two ahead of planting and hitting the green patches with roundup only-or should I bit the bullet and put insecticide down with triple stack or am I just overthinking this...
