NW IOWA | Exactly. I can do what farm manager does and save landlord $6 to $7 thousand dollars. If he can't trust me to take care of his bussiness how the heck does he trust me to farm his land? Basically all land manager does is take care of FSA, crop ins., market grain, and make sure all procedes get to where they belong. Already do most of that any way. Guess land manager has them believing we aren't smart enough to do these things. HA!! | |
