A little update.
Looks like EGNOS is in the test mode (MT0/2) all the time and for now does not change to operational mode (this would need certification).
So you can never tell if EGNOs is accurate or not.
Nevertheless the satellite restarted on two days that we started working in the field.
Also we could not receive ionosphere model then, though we could earlier. As far as I know, EGNOS has ionosphere model, but I will investigate.
There is an EGNOS station in Warsaw, so I am gonna write people there.

Position error due to ionosphere is greater than due to all other errors (clock errors, satelite position error, etc.), so this does not make any sense to have corrections without ionosphere error....
