I have a 2005 HD 4 x 4 4 door short box Chevy 6.0 gas 4.10 gears. It seems to go down road fine. I raced a Ford 6.0 ? diesel and kicked the hell out of it. It topped out at 100. I didn't have a choice either on gears and I don't pull or haul that much or go that far.
