The Cruizer had some "teething" problems, I was told at the Feb World Ag Expo that they were software related and had been fixed. Call Raven direct at (800) 243-5435, they have good tech support. If they can not fix it quickly (it might be a firmware upgrade is needed), I would make a major effort to return it.
