Subject: This redball monitor is perplexing me...

IL
I finally got to run water thru my liquid fertilizer appl., but 2 rows are driving me nuts. Here is my setup.
12 rows.
each row has a nozzle body check valve and a "140" orfice in the quick cap
20 psi on the guages ( actually one side runs a little higher than the other ) 17 gpm flow on the whole system
4 banks of 3 columns. My main supply line is split in two, then each of those are split again. Hose lengths of these sections are relatively similar. 3 of the banks of columns are running right at a " 5" with the SS ball. But one column has one ball at 5, and 2 balls at 4. Catching water on each of these rows, there is a huge difference in flow.
Now, not all the hoses between the columns and the orfice are the same length, but only 2 rows are showing an off flow.

Any ideas on how to even these out are greatly appreciated
