We sample every load that comes into our elevator. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by sensors though?

Here is how we do things.

When entering the facility, every load is weighed on our truck scale. Then they go up to the pit to unload.

While here, a sample is taken from several parts of the load while it flows out.


Samples are taken to the office where they are run though this fancy box which calculates, moisture and bushel weight in under 30seconds.



If we are buying outside corn, the fines content is figured out using screens.

Once the corn is in the system, a dryer sample is taken every 2 hours to ensure moisture content is suitable. There is a sample door on the lower side of the dryer unload auger.


Those are the only quality controls we have in place. I would like to hear what controls you are referring to?
