Kansas | Mother-in-law is letting me have her father's 87 Huskey riding mower, but it needs two new front tires, a coil or something in the motor because it dies after it gets warm, and a new starter and battery. My father-in-law says he figured it up (in his head) that it would take around $300 to get it going again. I see I can buy a new Huskey (same size) at Tractor Supply for $999. This old one also has a chisel culivator thing on the back so it would be nice for my mom's garden too. Just not sure where to draw the line between fixing up and new. | |
