With some of there tactics lately they probably will have to buy from ethanol plants, of course the big elevator here putting one up isn't taking contracts either! Imagine that, if this is not temporary and come fall corn is 3 bucks how do you explain to landlords you couldn't price corn ahead, for that matter with some rents in central IL pushing past the 400 mark how do you explain it now. On the other hand they may be doing us a favor. I don't know about the rest of you but locking in a profit with forward sales has cost me alot of money in the last 2 years.
