Just did a fall '08 HTA with our local Cargill last week. Didn't ask about cash forward contract. I would assume if they are still doing HTA's, they would also do cash contracts, since their margin would be the same. Unless they can turn around and contract with the next user up the chain, then there would be no margin on the cash.

Edit: I see the bidsheet has changed since late last week...now basis only on the out months.
