new tire guy working in local shop, took off the outside Budd wheel and didn't tighten the inside nuts before tightening the outside nuts. He said the socket would take care of it. Some guys just don't want to listen to old farts.
that would be a good way for a dual assembly to come undone.
Accident - broken wheel lug bolts - how?
