central - east central Minnesota - | Bad accident this morning in Mpls, apparently garbage truck heading oneway lost a set of wheels and they bounced and traveled over the medien and hit a smaller pickup truck going the other way and killed the driver instantly. The news showed the state patrol officer holding some of the broken bolts w/lug nuts still attached - what would cause all the lug bolts to snap, with the resulting death? Would rough, pothole road contribute to such a issue? |
