I assume you are talking about doors similar to this

We just don't see them anymore.  Most of the bins that had doors like that in my area have had the panel replaced that would allow the auger to be stuck in it that way. We have a couple 1200 bushel bins with doors like that, but haven't used them for grain storage for years.  They're currently used as round storage buildings.

Rockyford Steel ( http://www.rockyfordsteel.com/bindoors.htm) makes a new door that is designed for that use

It seems designed to handle a larger auger and disassembles to allow easier acccess

I don't know a thing about the company other than what is on their web site.  They do have a couple interesting products.  The remote control bin lid is an intriguing idea.
