I run frequently run about 50% in my late 70's carb vehicles. I sober up the gas with straight unleaded before the next cold start. I'd say 30% is a good blend that would start well unless the temps got into -0 range. With my carb vehicles I've worried about vapor lock at higher temps but so far haven't had a problem into the 90s.
