SE South Dakota | I know that wall mount electric radiant heaters are available. They are called cove heaters if I remember correct. I believe you could mount it on the wall next to the "Keg" and the card table. It could solve your problem.
A question for all the floor heat experts, If while planning the zones for the heat could you design a zone for an area to be warmer? Say maybe the corners of the shop where he would put a card table or maybe in front of your bench.
