The pipeline welders in west TX all seem to carry Lincoln stick welders on their flatbeds. If I see any other kind of welder, it would belong to a custom fabricator, and they will use a stick as often as not.
I never knew it was possible to weld up the inside of a pipe like that. I try to learn something new each day, and boom, I just did. :-)
Any pipeline welders here?
