| I cancelled my DTN about a year ago & haven't missed it other than for weather maps. Reason for cancelling was continious equipment failures which whenever I called in they would at first try to bame on it not being positioned right. The last year I had it I was without service for approximately 3 mo. When it came time for renewal I called & tried to get them to extend my service for the lost time I had paid before but they refuse so I told them they could have it back. I thibk the rep thought I was bluffing but she found out otherwise.
Most of the things that they have on there can be obtained on other websites for free. Ironically, most of it is by DTN. I did get a post card a couple weeks ago from them offering 3 free months if I would rejoin but so far it's still sitting on my desk. | |
