I wonder if a VACUUM truck, like a sewer pumper truck/ or oil rig vac truck could suck the sand out from the bottom to make it deaper?Maybe set a peice of large perferated plastic pipe at the bottom and put the suction hose down the middle and slide the plastic down in the dirt as the gravel and sand get sucked up the hose and into the tank? |
