I think there is only about so far a person wants to go with the "one screen for everything", at least until the screens get a lot larger so we can see a lot of things at once. I see advantage to getting rid of a bunch of monitors but don't realy see the need to go all the way to only one. Two or three key monitors in the cab isn't all that cluttered and have the added benefit that if you only have one, and that one crashes you are SOL. Sometimes if one out of two or three crashes, you can still go.
