Subject: success in using cow slings

Hello, I am a veterinarian but i think when it comes to farm experiences, you know a lot more than i do.

Anyway, we are planning on ordering a cow sling because of several cases of downer cows/heifers that we are encountering. Though, some of you says that it can do more harm than good, I think it will help a lot when used at the early stage of the problem.

From your experiences, when is the earliest time that you use cow sling and get good results?

I'd appreciate all your inputs.

Thank you.
