Subject: How Much Urea in band can corn take

I was going to start striptilling with urea as my N source and I was wondering how much at a depth of 8" deep would be safe. I will be putting it on this fall and would like to put around 220 lbs/ac on, just wondering if anyone has done this or has any information on crop safety with a high rate of N in a band 8" under where the corn will be planted. I know of people who have applied 220#'s of N with ammonia and didn't have any problems.
