We have had over 6 inches this past week in SE NE. I started cutting beans yesterday on my notill fields and I can't believe how firm the ground is. The tires are running clean and there is not any ruts.. The neighbors cut some today that was conventional tilled and they were leaving big ruts and they even got their combine stuck.
When do you say the heck with it and just mud it out?
