What is your row spacing and how much 10-34-0 are you putting on? High rates of thiosol in the row might lower your germination a little but I doubt that 15 lb/ac is going to cause a lot of problems. Here is a link to so in row fertilizer research done in Canada some years ago, but here they were using dry N. Sulphur causes salt problems that effect germination like N and K fertilizers so you have to keep the total numbers low when you are doing in row fertilizing. I think liquid fertilizers are better than dry and soil moisture is also a factor.
