You are right, his rotor should go much slower. Am I doing something wrong that I had to crank mine to 400 to shell 20% corn? It leaves some on cob running slower and my concave is on 25, crushing the cobs just slightly. I need to learn how to run a rotor myself but it is a true joy over my old conventional cylinder machine.
