Folks:
I am in need of advice on a long term lease for some ground we want to lease for expanding our hay production. I am wanting a 3 to 5 year lease so we can invest in alfalfa seed and inputs and have a reasonable time to read that investment. Do any of you have experience with this type of lease? We would be a cash lease not a crop share.
