How are you reading the data from the card. And this is a PCMCIA SRAM card, right? Not a flash card? The reason I ask is that I've just been shown data read from a PCMCIA SRAM card using a reasonably new Dell laptop that has a PCMCIA slot. And simply COPYING the data from the card do the hard drive is corrupting the data. The resultant maps are largely in the right area, but there are trails and spikes where points go wandering on a diagonal. Copy the data with an external reader, and all is fine :( |
