| It won't be as obvious as looking at the decimal degrees. The info coming in in from the GPS receiver is in degrees and decimal minutes, if I recall correctly. We'll have to convert the decimal degrees back to the same format as sent in with the NMEA stream. And, in doing that, would have to remember to "insert" a digit back right after the decimal point. So, what we really need to know is whether the maps are at the RIGHT lon/lat. That will be easier than back figuring. The back figuring is what must be done to correct the problem. | |
