According to the tri-state fertilizer recs developed by Ohio State Univ, MI State Univ, and Purdue:

Your removal numbers are right, but it is in lbs of P2O5 and K2O not the raw element. For critical level, the reccommended depends on the CEC, the formula being ppm K = 75 + (2.5 x CEC) for all crops.

I am not sure what you mean by "is that approximate or just a figure" all these numbers are certainly approximations, as with all things natural, there exists variation. Also remember that the plants yeild and remove widely different amounts within even the smallest space you can economically measure.
