It was CB Bt that was the concern and also something about milkweeds and how they are not as prevalent anymore. I think pollen drift to remaining milkweeds and RR reducing milkweed populations were blamed. What was left out was the overwintering sites in Mexico were being destroyed a tremendous rate which had a lot more to do with the decreasing populations. All in all it was pretty much junk science aimed at the biotech crops. Cornell has always seemed very opposed to GMO's.
