NW Tennessee | I've been going with a two shot program for years. Used to always use 12-16 oz Def and 8 oz Prep first shot and 32 oz Prep second time using 12-15 gal water, maybe adding a little Def or Aim if I've got a skirt left on it. Usually use surfactant, too. I've tried Finish several times, but I feel like I get a better leaf drop and boll opening using a Prep and some type of defoliant mix. Last couple of years I've been using some Ginstar, can't remember the rate offhand with out looking it up and been well pleased with it. This year it's been so dry and so many leaves have already fallen off, I'm planning to just spray 1 time, but not sure what I'm going to use yet. Thinking about Dropp and Prep or maybe Ginstar and Prep. Figure I'll start defoliating end of next week or first of the next.
