N East Sask, Canada | Sorry! nefarmer, I thought I checked my post but I meant 0.1 FOOT, that's on SF1. Where it's mounted I can activate the resume switch with my thumb. I'm thinking of trading for a 2600 display, but the size of it will be an issue for mounting. The keycard is worth the enabled auto steer function in the 2600, so costly to keep both just to steer windrower for a 100 hours per year.
My width set at 29 Ft is closer to full cut than I would steer and it never misses crop. My settings are wheel spd 160, aquire 100, line tracking 130, line heading 130 and steering play at zero. I offset to the left 10" for the table. The steering wheel hardly moves cutting at 6-7 mph. Are windrowers used for any crops other than hay in Nebraska? What percent are you harvested? | |
