The hubby and I were just talking last night, just how many $$ do we have to spend to get our Holsteins pregnant? This was a bad year, we sold a couple because we just could not get them, or keep them, pregnant (2 cows). Very rare for us, as the hubby does his own AI. But the Jersey crosses, they are easy keepers all the way around. | |
