This country never has a trouble with starving horses till they ban slaughtering them. Also it kill the price of horses, an example : you sell your horse at a horse auction, it worth a set amount of dollars to go to slaughter, then depending how good your horse is the price goes up from there. Now with high grain prices the problem will not get worst.
