MN | Don't know if this belongs here, but our local paper had info about reversing the ban on horse slaughter - there is a petition to sign to have the ban re-evaluated (there are two listed on the web site - one to get rid of the ban and one to keep the ban). Here's the info to sign the reverse the horse slaughter ban - https://whitehouse.gov/petitions, then click filter by issue, select agriculture then scroll to the one referencing humane horse slaughter. You do have to sign up to show you are legitimate. Good way to have a use for unwanted horses rather than having show up abandoned and the county having to deal with. | |
