U of Mo. did a research project and I listen to a nutritionist talk about mineral. If I remember right most times mineral was ok from the soil and did not need to be fed free choice at all times. Think it was at the Mo. Livestock symposium say 3 years ago. No doubt there are gray areas in mineral feeding and sales persons take advantage of the unknown. Ben
