#4 aluminum is not heavy enough to go 1250 ft for 30 amp. I grabbed my chart out of the truck. 3% voltage drop for 30 amps requires 000 at 1000 feet and at 20 amps is 0 for aluminum. copper is at 1000 feet for 30 amps 0 and at 20 amps is #2 copper. Your utility company is extremely high as mine is charging $4010 for 2000 feet with 100 amp service. I would suggest to look at setting your own poles and running the wire above ground and may cost considerably less. Buried aluminum you can only expect 15 years of life. OR you can split the difference and go have half way with buried and 1/2 with the utility. 15 amps aluminum is #1 for 1000 feet. I do have a five year minimum monthly of $24 per month for the installation.
