25' apart?..............Wow!!---- Hope you plan on having some steel posts in between.
High tensile smooth or barbed? If you're thinking smooth with cattle, IMO I wouldn't waste my time and effort of building the fence.
To me, you are thinking of making a high maintenance thing into an even higher maintenance thing with what you describe.
