Ottawa, Illinois | I'm doing it the wrong way. Wife had a little one last year. She had a friend till it up. She found a She did good with it. Her father found a mini tiller on a garage sale. It did a good job weeding. Found a 5hp Husquvarna on an auction or about 1/2 price. Also bought a 47 inch 3pt tiller.
Got other plans for the 3pt tiller. There is some uneven parts in the yard that need to be redone. Friend wants a deer plot in the pasture.
This year the garden will be 50X25. Maye a little bigger.
Planted about 10 fruit trees. This year we'll plant another 6 trees.
Sweet corn plot will be separate.
I like the idea of mulch and manure. I really need to look into it. | |
